The landscape and hardscape is perfectly designed to create an easy to keep up yard and privacy. The garden boxes below the window house bamboo plants that will grow enough to block the heat, but will allow some light to pass through into the house. This makes it nice when you have curtains open but don’t want to expose your interior to the outside world. But once you are inside you can’t keep from falling in love with every detail and unique feature this home has! The sunken living room and dark flooring add a dramatic statement. Having a lower level living room can make a space feel larger if you are lacking space, and will create a cozy feeling.
